蜂王乳的用法:
食用法：人體最佳吸收時間為每天早晚各1匙(3~5g)配溫開水服下，或每天早上2湯匙，一天食用量建議不超過12g)，可配少許蜂蜜一併食用減輕嗆辣味。空腹食用較能完全吸收，腸胃不好的人，或空腹吃完感到不適，可以調整為飯後半小時再食用。
美容抹用法：每日就寢及化粧前，先把面部洗淨，取蜂王乳少許加點蜂蜜與水混合均勻敷在臉上充分滋潤後（約20～30分鐘）用清水洗去，塗抹與食用更具相乘的效果。
